Short Story of a young Boys Dream
In 1998, I learned to cook at home and started selling breakfast tacos out of an ice chest and I was able to grow it into a successful profitable business with the 2nd location opening in 2004, when life happened.. I was diagnosed with cancer 10 days before my grand opening, needless to say, I then focused on my health and had to temporarily
close down
Castellano Tacos.
I'm now a 2 time cancer CHAMP and I praise God, Family, and Friends for their prayers, strength and support.
And Unbelievably, I have already lived out my childhood dream to become an entrepreneur and make my
DADDY GRANDE proud...and with God’s Will, that pride, and a passionate desire to finish what I started......
Believing still 14 years later..!!
THE PURSUIT CONTINUES, AND
NEVER
GIVING UP……I will keep believing!
Castellano Tacos Bar & Grill will be Launched into the next
